WASHINGTON, DC June 12, 2019 - Conan Doyle Estate Ltd and Hartswood Films Ltd prevailed in cancelling two counterfeit trademark registrations for SHERLOCK and SHERLOCKED in a proceeding before the US Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. Bardacke Allison represented the Conan Doyle Estate and Hartswood Films, creator of the BBC SHERLOCK television series starring Benedict Cumberbatch.
