SANTA FE, NM December 12, 2018 - The Santa Fe City Council passed a landmark campaign finance law allowing the city to match limited funds raised by publicly financed candidates. The measure will allow such candidates to compete on a more equal playing field with privately financed candidates and those receiving support from independent groups. The law is the culmination of years of work and a recommendation from the city’s Ethics and Campaign Review Board, chaired by Bardacke Allison partner Justin Miller.
