His presentation, “Do You Know What your Client Owns? Intellectual Property in a Creative Community” focused on surprising realities of copyright and trademark law that estate planners need to understand to handle various kinds of intangible rights.
Ben is an intellectual property trial lawyer and also devotes substantial time to licensing, literary, art, and entertainment transactions. He has negotiated transactions with Sony/Columbia Pictures, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, CBS Television, the BBC, Random House, and many others.
